The Security Technology Group at Akamai is looking to solve technical challenges for their customers by developing products that protect them from online threats like phishing, ransomware, viruses, and malware, thereby shielding them from identity and financial theft.
Requirements
- Have experience in writing the HTTP Restful Web Services/Proxies and API's
- Have a good understanding of Linux performance tuning, internals and security
- Have experience in NoSQL databases like Cassandra and Redis and data modeling
- Have experience with Public Cloud Services & K8s
Responsibilities
- Developing using Golang, Python for our Security Product tools
- Creating schemas, data models, migrations, and manage NoSQL databases (Cassandra and Redis)
- Architecting modular services using Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD
- Writing data API's and multi-server applications to meet product needs
