Requirements
- Proficiency with C++ or WinForms.
- Experience designing UI/UX interfaces for legacy applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing and updating WinForms applications.
- Background supporting complex legacy software suites.
- Ability to contribute to backend software development.
- Experience using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum processes.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-performance UI/UX solutions to maximize user adoption.
- Collaborate with end users to identify design improvements and streamline engineering workflows.
- Partner with software engineering teams to scope and plan UI/UX tasks that align with fast-moving project milestones.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts across the engineering environment.
- Potentially support backend development for legacy and new systems (if qualified).
- Work on-site with the team and participate in rotating on-call responsibilities, as needed.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 8+ years of related experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
