Docusign is looking to build the cloud foundation that will power its future, enabling the company's strategic migration from on-premise to the cloud. This involves building multi-cloud solutions on Azure and GCP and creating a unified identity fabric.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in advanced scripting and automation
  • 3+ years of experience managing resources in a cloud-based server environment
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and managing IaC solutions
  • Cloud Certifications (e.g., Azure AZ-104, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer) and/or Terraform Associate Certification
  • Familiarity with identity protocols like Kerberos, SAML, OIDC, or OAuth
  • Experience with hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments
  • Software development experience in languages such as C-Sharp, .NET, Java, or Go

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate the services and systems that manage the identity lifecycle (JML, JIT, PIM, PAM, RBAC)
  • Write Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) and automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to manage and deploy secure identity and cloud infrastructure
  • Manage and secure our hybrid Active Directory environment, including GPO configuration, replication, and RBAC
  • Deploy and manage core Azure infrastructure such as Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, and highly available compute resources
  • Partner cross-functionally with security, compliance, and engineering teams to provide guidance, implement security controls, and ensure all access activities are logged and auditable
  • Perform proactive and reactive vulnerability remediations to continually advance Docusign's security posture
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and contribute to design reviews

  • Hybrid work model: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide production support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
