Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or similar backend technologies).
- Strong expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
- Experience building secure, high-performance web applications at scale.
- Ability to design component-driven architectures and reusable frameworks.
- Demonstrated interest in AI—whether through workflow automation, intelligent tooling, or enhancing user experiences.
- Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining clean, scalable, reusable UI and server-side code.
- Helping shape architecture decisions and driving engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, performance).
- Translating business requirements into secure, intuitive, and extensible technical solutions.
- Developing simple, intelligent workflows that customers can configure and extend without friction.
- Contributing to new product initiatives while continuing to evolve our existing capabilities.
- Creating highly modular UI/UX components and patterns to accelerate internal and customer development.
- Applying AI-driven techniques to improve workflows, efficiency, and user experience.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable partnering across engineering, PM, and design.
- Passion for clean code, intuitive UX, and building high-quality products developers trust.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries, LLMs, or workflow intelligence.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with Windsurf or similar developer-productivity tools.
