Cisco Supply Chain's core business process platform needs to consistently operate at peak performance, requiring detailed impact analyses, coordination across teams, and advancement of automation and AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle database and ERP platforms.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain Oracle ERP development or related applications.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and practical experience with relational databases, including Oracle ERP.
- Understanding of implementing AI use cases and methods, along with proficiency in security solutions for the Oracle platform.
- Solid understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices and toolsets such as Jira and QTest.
- Knowledge of supply chain functionalities, including planning and manufacturing.
- Experience with large ERP implementations and upgrades, preferably Oracle ERP on-premise.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the Oracle platform from an Oracle ERP application perspective.
- Perform detailed impact analyses on Oracle technical and functional patches.
- Coordinate across multiple supply chain and cross-functional teams (including infrastructure teams).
- Advance automation and AI capabilities for the platform.
- Implement AI use cases and methods.
- Ensure the platform remains stable and supports manufacturing and shipping processes.

- The expectation is to work hybrid between onsite and home.
- Out-of-market candidates would be expected to relocate to RTP.
- Participate in and communicate effectively during meetings with internal and cross-functional teams.
