Cox Automotive is expanding its Salesforce engineering capabilities and is looking for a Software Engineer II to help build the next generation of internal tools used by 600+ employees across the organisation.
Requirements
- 2+ years Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Understanding of secure coding practices and Agile methodologies
- Test automation experience
- Familiarity with observability tooling
- Experience with GitHub or similar version control
- Knowledge of SQL databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce components (Apex, LWC)
- Develop backend services using Java & Spring Boot
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Work in an Agile team to deliver high-quality software
- Add observability: logging, monitoring, tracing
- Use GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Copado for CI/CD
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
