Requirements
- Expertise in low-latency design patterns, trading systems, and kernel bypass tech
- Experience with SQL, time-series databases, microservices, and cloud deployments
- Experience with Java
- Experience with algo systems
- Experience with cloud-based deployments
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology solutions for digital asset trading
- Build ultra-low latency trading algorithms, matching engines, and smart order routers
- Work with WebSocket, FIX protocols, and modern Java zero-GC patterns
- Collaborate across teams on APIs, distributed systems, and resilient messaging services
- Mentor and guide small agile teams, setting technical direction and driving innovation
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field
- 10+ years trading engineering experience, preferably in crypto or capital markets
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- Hybrid work model
