Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development
- high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office with a minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload)
- A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Responsibilities
- codes software applications based on business requirements
- standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software
- Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes
- Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Master's Degree
- Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
- Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- 40 Scheduled Weekly Hours
