Responsibilities
- Develop and validate coding benchmarks in React, TypeScript, or JavaScript by curating issues, solutions, and test suites from real-world repositories.
- Ensure that benchmark tasks include comprehensive unit and integration tests to verify solutions effectively.
- Maintain consistency and scalability in the distribution of benchmark tasks to facilitate broad and efficient testing.
- Provide structured feedback on solution quality, clarity, and potential improvements to enhance benchmark effectiveness.
- Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code to ensure reliability, reproducibility, and ease of understanding for future use.
- Collaborate with research teams to understand project requirements and align development efforts accordingly.

- 3 to 10 years of professional experience as a frontend engineer or similar role.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with flexible hours.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
