Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth functioning of our high traffic core API for subscriptions (written in Python)
- Determine the root cause of low-level system issues, deliver new features and support promotions
- Build and deploy scalable code that is maintainable, scalable and is in-line with industry standards for performance
- Collaborate with members of other teams to gain clarity, triage issues, and drive their resolution through cross-functional initiatives
- Work on splitting the monolithic core API into a more distributed system
- Coordinate technical projects across teams within Peloton
- Participate in the execution of strategic projects
Other
- Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline
- Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field
- Part-time telecommuting is an option
- Hybrid work from Peloton office in New York, NY
