Central Power Systems & Services is looking to bridge the gap between software engineering and manufacturing operations by designing and maintaining the C-Sharp and Epicor ERP ecosystem that powers CPS&S manufacturing.
Requirements
- C-Sharp Proficiency: Strong experience in C-Sharp development, including OOP principles, .NET.
- SQL: ability to write complex queries and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Integration Experience: Familiarity with integrating software with hardware or third-party platforms.
- Epicor ERP Experience
- Working knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Epicor Customizations, Business Process Management (BPM) directives, and Epicor Functions to automate complex workflows.
- Build robust integrations.
- Develop standalone C-Sharp applications to solve specific manufacturing challenges.
- Create optimization tools for operations.
- Write and maintain C-Sharp code for hardware interaction.
- Shop Floor Collaboration: Work on the production floor to observe manufacturing processes firsthand, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities where software can solve physical workflow problems.
- Solution Deployment & Training: Drive the implementation of new applications and Epicor enhancements, providing hands on training to operators and gathering direct feedback to ensure adoption.

- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City, Missouri area.
