Responsibilities
- Craft and refine a framework for creating and modifying transactional and promotional email templates using the Liquid templating language
- Apply Python scripting expertise and AI tools to streamline processes and automate routine tasks
- Conduct cost analysis of various Growth projects and proposals by evaluating the technical needs and resources
- Design and automate a data generation framework to aid with Zazzle’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts
- Research, design, and implement cutting-edge authentication methods, including email- and SMS-based One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and social logins
- Combine state-of-the-art large language models from providers like OpenAI and Cohere with Zazzle's proprietary historical data to develop enhanced tooling
- Play a key role in Zazzle’s performance and stability efforts by setting up dashboards and alerts on Splunk and Metabase

- Location: Bay Area strongly preferred
- Some work can be done remotely, with periodic on-site time at our Menlo Park HQ for in-person work or team onsites
- Present technical projects and share-outs to a wide range of stakeholders of varying competencies
