Requirements

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to create and implement Operational Flight Program software solutions for missile and weapon systems.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an Agile environment, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Develop software using Ada, C-Sharp, and Python, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.
- Conduct unit testing and assist in system-level testing to verify software functionality and reliability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software defects, providing timely resolutions to maintain system integrity.
- Develop leadership skills through mentorship and project management responsibilities.
- Engage directly with U.S. Air Force and Navy customers to understand mission requirements and deliver tailored software solutions.
Other
- A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Hold or be eligible to obtain a U.S. secret security clearance
- Active security clearances and experience working on defense systems or missile technologies will be prioritized
- Three years of experience in real-time embedded software development is required
