BNY's Global Risks Solutions Team is looking to develop and enhance Investment Analytics applications, contributing to transformative solutions in the financial industry
Requirements
- Java 17, Spring 6, Spring boot 3, Angular 6 through 17, html, css, NodeJs, Nvm, Json
- Micro frontend framework, easily adaptable to customized frontend frameworks
- Experience in implementing Single sign for internal and 3rd party applications
- Strong experience in SDLC, DevOps processes – CI/CD tools, Git, etc.
- Thorough and demonstrative knowledge on both the user-side frontend of a website, as well as the backend, server-side that powers the user-side
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Java & Angular based applications that can be high-volume & low-latency
- Lead the technical design, development and documentation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems
- Provide technical leadership on the implementation of application front-ends and user interfaces
- Engage with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand platform requirements
- Actively participate in code reviews and integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Ensure expected application performance levels are achieved by coordinating, coding, testing, implementation and documentation
Other
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- 5-8 years of experience as Java & Angular developer/programmer
