Brooksource is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget to drive business growth and technological advancement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMI, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to align project objectives
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders and executive management
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support team collaboration to promote continuous improvement
Other
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing IT projects, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
