Cisco IT is looking to transform its supply chain through technology by implementing and optimizing its Supply Chain ERP solution. The Oracle Fusion Software Engineer will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications, specifically developing and enhancing supply chain modules to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational agility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Java/Python, JavaScript, PL/SQL, SQL, OIC, REST/SOAP web services which are essential for developing, customizing, and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Advanced understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Fluency in designing and developing AI enabled enterprise applications.
- Expertise in various Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM (Supply Chain Management), and CX (Customer Experience).
- Ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications using tools like Oracle JDeveloper, ADF (Application Development Framework), BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows.
- A solid grasp of core business processes in areas such as finance and supply chain management to effectively align technical solutions with business needs.
- Application development using Angular and React.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategies and guides work that increases availability, performance, and stability in systems and services.
- Responsible for development, test, and deployment of robust, scalable integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other internal/external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Collaborate with business architects and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support for Oracle Fusion applications, including troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing timely resolutions.
- Manage and lead discussions in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions, integrations, and processes.
- Responsible for code and design reviews while managing code versioning and deployments across different environments (Development, Test, Production) using best practices for change management.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- The starting salary range posted for this position is $126,500.00 to $182,000.00
