- Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and launching
- Collaborate directly with product, design, and engineering
- Balance speed and quality, with always an eye for learning quickly
- Maintain a culture of code quality through rigorous testing, automation, and code reviews

- 0–3 years of experience solving complex engineering challenges
- Strong critical thinker: Ability to walk through an objectively complex technical problem you’ve solved with clarity and depth
- Product-focused engineer: A builder mindset with an eye for user experience and a desire to see their work impact customers
- Self-motivated 'Doer': Proven initiative through side projects, founder experience, or technical fellowships
- Strong communicator: Capable of collaborating in a high-velocity, in-person environment
