The Admin Experience team is building mission-critical foundations for enterprise readiness, including authentication, authorization, security, compliance, public APIs, and auditability. The goal is to empower sophisticated organizations to adopt the platform with confidence and unlock enterprise growth by shaping technical standards for security, observability, and reliability.
Requirements
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise integrations: SSO, SCIM-based provisioning, audit logs, MFA, delegated access.
- A willingness to make changes anywhere in the stack to land impact.
Responsibilities
- Designing intuitive, full-stack, end-to-end solutions for user-based and role-based data access (via mechanisms like OAuth) that feel seamless in a product that supports collaboration.
- Building secure, developer-friendly public APIs that allow enterprise admins to programmatically provision users, manage access, and automate governance at scale.
- Crafting powerful yet intuitive admin workflows for permissions, auditability, and compliance to give IT teams the confidence to manage complex org structures without friction.
- Build features like claimed domains to enable secure, automated provisioning and identity governance across large enterprises.
- Design and implement a next-generation access control system — including role-based access control (RBAC), request/approval flows for admins, and tiered admin roles that scale with complex organizations.
- Expose these capabilities through secure, developer-friendly public APIs, enabling enterprise admins to integrate provisioning, governance, and audit into their existing workflows.
- Own full-stack product changes end to end from backend policy enforcement to admin-facing workflows to ensure these enterprise features are intuitive, reliable, and secure.
