Agilent is looking to drive personalization and experimentation strategies that improve customer engagement and accelerate business growth through its eCommerce engineering team
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML
- Expertise in AT.js, Adobe Launch, Web SDK, and server/client-side Target implementation
- Experience integrating Target with Adobe Experience Platform (Analytics, CJA, CDP)
- Familiarity with HTML DOM, browser script loading, and developer tools
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP)
- Experience with AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Design and implement A/B, multivariate, and experience targeting tests using Adobe Target
- Develop personalized content experiences and audience segments
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics, AEM, Launch (Tags), and other Martech tools
- Code user experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across platforms
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights based on performance metrics
- Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Target deployments
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Digital marketing, web development, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of validated proven experience, including 3+ years with Adobe Target (VEC, Form-based, APIs)
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across teams
- Experience in B2B, B2C, or eCommerce settings within large enterprises
- Travel Required: 10% of the Time
