Netflix is looking to build highly performant advertising systems and deliver high impact to its business by monetizing its content through a new ad-supported tier. The Ads Measurement Engineering team needs to build systems and integrations that enable advertisers to quantify campaign outcomes, differentiate from competitors, and become a market leader in the Connected TV advertising space.

Requirements

  • Experience managing large-scale 3p measurement integrations for verification, reach, brand studies, and attribution along with their underlying identity exchanges in a privacy-safe way.
  • Experience with building out 1st party solutions for advertisers to understand campaign outcomes.
  • Familiarity with clean rooms and industry-leading privacy-enhancing technology for multi-party data sharing.
  • Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
  • Developed many cloud-based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages (preferably object-oriented).
  • Familiar with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Contributed to an ads industry technology standard (e.g VAST, OpenRTB) or worked on an industry consortium effort, working group etc.
  • Familiarity with legal compliance and changing landscape of ads regulations around the world.
  • Experience working in the CTV space and knowledge of it’s unique constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Build systems and integrations that enable advertisers on Netflix to quantify campaign outcomes.
  • Leverage Netflix innovations and first-party and third-party solutions to deliver ads that respect the viewing experience while driving impactful results for advertisers.
  • Deliver tools that empower advertisers to effectively measure and analyze campaign outcomes.
  • Manage large-scale 3p measurement integrations for verification, reach, brand studies, and attribution along with their underlying identity exchanges in a privacy-safe way.
  • Make strategic tech investments to allow for quick onboarding and management of new partners.
  • Build out 1st party solutions for advertisers to understand campaign outcomes.
  • Develop cloud-based applications and work with modern programming languages.
