Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within Machine Learning or GenAI
- Hands-on experience with building agents and using Large Language models
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG patterns, multi-agent architecture,
- Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, C++, or similar languages
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain create tools and workflows for agent development that support rapid prototyping
- Build platform solutions to support scalable experimentation, and automate agent evaluation across diverse tasks and domains.
- Partner with other engineering teams to surface developer pain points, and ship improvements
- Contribute to the development and scaling of our agent platform with governance and observability by default
- Innovation mindset and commitment to continuous learning and a bias toward action, staying at the forefront of ML/AI trends, agentic systems research, and best practices in tooling, safety, and evaluation.
