Observe is looking to make oncall engineers 10x more efficient at resolving production issues and make troubleshooting a delightful experience by leveraging LLMs to connect dots in massive amounts of data and provide actionable insights to reduce mean-time-to-resolution (MTTR).
Requirements
- Strong programming and prototyping skills; comfortable with Python, javascript, or Go.
- Experience working on search, agentic systems, or AI/ML.
- Familiarity with LLMs and their application in real-world systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype AI-driven features that help engineers triage, debug, and resolve incidents faster.
- Build services that combine observability data with search and retrieval techniques to provide relevant, contextual answers.
- Rapidly iterate on ideas and experiments—ship MVPs, test hypotheses, and refine based on user feedback.
