Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development or AI engineering in a production environment
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI
- Ability to prototype, experiment, evaluate, and iterate quickly to improve AI agents
- Previous experience with prompt engineering and RAG
- Previous experience working with geospatial data and platforms
- Previous experience working with ML infra and modeling
- Previous experience scaling up data intensive, AI and analytics heavy solutions
Responsibilities
- Have full ownership of projects, directly iterate with internal and external users
- Lead the effort to scale up existing systems to the next level
- Collaborate closely with the founders and product team to directly impact roadmap
