Responsibilities
- Own 0 1 AI Opportunities: Take ownership of exploring and developing new product lines, particularly within the marketing domain, leveraging AI/ML.
- Build AI Infrastructure: Design and build early experiments and the necessary infrastructure (LLMs, light ML) to generate sophisticated insights and personalized content directly from customer data.
- Rapid Prototyping: Work closely with a small team, including the CTO and COO, to quickly prototype and ship new product ideas that lay the groundwork for major product lines.
- AI Methodology Exploration: Explore different AI methodologies and determine where various LLMs can and cannot be most effectively and reliably used within the product.
- Develop AI Agents: Contribute to the development of an automated AI agent capable of finding unique insights, converting them into marketing opportunities, generating content, and identifying high-propensity users or those likely to churn.

- senior-level engineer with a product-first mindset, comfortable operating with speed and ambiguity in an early-stage exploration environment.
- 4–12 years of software engineering experience with a strong product-first mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, necessary for working closely with founders and product leadership to define vision.
