Requirements
- Very strong engineering and/or ML background
- Experience working with LLMs
- Ability to build things from scratch
- Strong technical skills
- Experience with product engineering challenges
- Ability to work with large datasets (tens of millions of rows of data daily)
- Experience with AI-powered tools
Responsibilities
- Building large features/functionality of the core product
- Tackling technical complexity of the solution, including working with LLMs and building infrastructure to make it work reliably and at scale
- Contributing to the engineering and product roadmap
- Troubleshooting and facilitating the scaling of the sales engine
- Reverse engineering sales motions to uncover opportunities
- Building a piece of the product that will produce a step change in value for customers
- Helping with data onboarding/POC for new customers, including building out tools to automate this work
