Requirements
- 3+ years experience writing performant Python code that follows modern best practices
- At least 1 year building and deploying LLM-based products in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Experience building API integrations and working within a service-oriented architecture
- Exhibited ability to evaluate LLM outputs in novel ways that strongly align with business outcomes and user preferences
- Expert at prompt engineering
- Experience translating state-of-the-art research papers into production code
- Experience building production agentic systems
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI features to an industry-leading claim synthesis product
- Write scalable code and improve the performance of existing systems
- Collaborate with data labelers and subject matter experts to evaluate and continuously improve the performance of AI systems
- Work closely with Product counterparts to rapidly iterate on user feedback
- Translate cutting-edge research into production-grade solutions
