Requirements
- Proficiency in Java
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, JavaScript, Python, SQL
- Ability to implement sophisticated algorithms and data structures in very complex systems with the highest quality
- Completed coursework, projects, internships, and or research in three or more of the following technical areas: Databases, Computer Systems, Computer Operations, Linux / UNIX, Object Oriented Design, Operating Systems, User Interface Design
- Completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working with the relevant technical areas noted above
- Experience with cloud services and distributed systems
- Experience with agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing enterprise class software application
- Support, debug, and provide solutions, engage in programs and initiatives to analyze the root cause of issues and recommend and evolve suitable solution approaches to address the challenges in time-sensitive fashion
- Apply knowledge of software development to solve enterprise grade cloud services problems
- Write code to solve sophisticated problems in a complex multi-tier distributed environment
- Work within a highly successful product development team within an agile, iterative process
Other
- Have at least a Bachelor's in Computer Science or an equivalent science/engineering field by August 2025
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US
- Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2025
- Must be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Redwood Shores, CA & Pleasanton, CA)
