Apple is looking to revolutionize Apple Watch by building experiences that keep the world securely connected, specifically through the Messages team on watchOS
Requirements
- Experience with both SwiftUI and UIKit lifecycle apps.
- 3 years of experience in Objective-C or Swift.
- Familiarity with systems and hands-on experience with inter-process communication.
- Experience optimizing applications and profiling across the entire stack.
- Proven experience contributing to at least one application or framework.
Responsibilities
- Working with designers to turn ideas into meaningful prototypes, and demoing them to stakeholders.
- Writing high quality, well tested, and performant code to develop those prototypes into polished, Apple-level experiences that we’re proud to ship.
- Architect systems that are extensible, adaptable, and stand the test of time.
- Profile and optimize cutting-edge features to run well on a low-powered, highly-constrained device.
- Work daily with quality assurance teams to find and fix all the bugs, edge cases, and performance issues that impact the user experience.
