Requirements
- 5-7+ years of full-time software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years working with ML/AI systems in production
- Proven experience building production applications that incorporate ML models (e.g., LLMs, recommendation systems, classification models)
- Experience with serving and scaling ML models
- Experience with Python, Golang, & AWS cloud infrastructure (or similar technologies)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered applications: Design production-grade software that integrates machine learning models into real-world systems
- Fine-tuning and prompt engineering: Adapt base models to specific product needs through techniques like few-shot prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or fine-tuning
- Tooling and infrastructure: Develop internal tools, orchestration systems, and evaluation frameworks to support ML product development
- Experimentation: Run A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to guide model and product iterations
- Leadership and autonomy: Participate in roadmapping and architecture discussions, leading large projects from initial inception to production
- Cross-functional teamwork: Work across disciplines, from infra to UX, to ship full-stack AI features
