Paradigm needs to integrate new AI tools into its current systems to improve decision-making processes across the firm, impacting both internal operations and external investments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with experience applying AI/ML in production environments
- Track record of applying modern AI and software systems to solve complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end.
- Comfortable navigating everything from foundational models to full-stack product delivery
Responsibilities
- Make strategic decisions on how and where we apply AI at Paradigm
- Build tools and features that use AI to improve how we work
- Run experiments to test where AI can make things faster, smarter, or more efficient
- Own projects, from figuring out the problem to shipping the solution
- Pitch in on core engineering work: performance, reliability, code reviews
