Requirements
- Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, and programming fundamentals inserting primary language(s), e.g., Java, C-Sharp, Python, or similar.
- Knowledge of vector stores (e.g. Pinecone or Amazon OpenSearch) along with an understanding of traditional AI/ML models.
- Familiar with modern frameworks and tools e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular.
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiar with version control systems like Git.
- Familiar with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of senior engineers to implement features and troubleshoot issues.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, QA, and UX — to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Support integration of AI agents and workflows using frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Learn and apply best practices for ethical and responsible AI deployment.
- Champion a culture of performance, reliability, and security across the product lifecycle.
Other
- Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
- Communication and Independent Problem-Solving skills.
- Basic understanding of building enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
- DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
