Pave is looking to solve the problem of imperfect compensation decisions by building a platform that combines real-time compensation data with AI and machine learning expertise to give companies confidence in their compensation decisions.
Requirements
- Experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience building data-intensive applications
- Understanding of secure data architecture
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, MySQL, and BigQuery hosted on GCP
- Growing understanding of secure data architecture and ability to optimize queries
- Nice to have: Experience at B2B SaaS companies, especially during periods of rapid growth or platform expansion
Responsibilities
- Building robust, data-rich systems that simplify complex compensation processes at scale
- Designing and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Optimizing queries with guidance and handling large datasets securely and efficiently
- Building data-intensive applications using modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js
- Shipping thoughtful solutions without overengineering
- Validating direction through prototypes and evolving approach as needed
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver value to users
