MindFort is building an AI-powered penetration testing platform to address the security challenges posed by the rapid growth of AI-generated code and the limitations of outdated security tools and manual processes. The platform aims to redefine offensive security by providing autonomous AI agents that can find, exploit, and patch vulnerabilities at scale, making it critical for organizations building with AI.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with deep Python expertise.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and AI libraries.
- Solid knowledge of API design, databases (Postgres), and backend systems.
- Experience deploying and scaling AI in production.
- Experience training and serving LLM models.
- Background in cybersecurity, web vulnerabilities, or security tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end applications using modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or custom).
- Architect and maintain scalable backend systems (Python, APIs, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Orchestrate reasoning, prompt flows, and memory mechanisms to build reliable AI agents.
- Integrate AI models into production environments with real users at scale.
- Write clean, maintainable backend code and build complex features with performance in mind.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep systems fast and resilient.
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to thrive in small, cross-functional teams.
- Prior startup or early-stage experience as a software engineer.
