The company is seeking to build and maintain systems to safely manage billions of dollars of loans across various products, including Portfolio Margin, Trade Finance, Agency Lending, Bilateral Lending, and more.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience designing, building, scaling and maintaining production services
- Knowledge of service oriented architecture
- Experience with Golang, Postgres, Kafka, Protobuf, and React (nice to have)
- Experience building financial, high reliability or security systems (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new financing products and features
- Create and build new reporting, monitoring, tools, frameworks and APIs
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers and senior leadership to turn vision into tangible deliverables every quarter
- Improving developer efficiency, engineering excellence, and operational excellence
- Provide support to operations and other engineering teams
- Mentor team members and help uplift the technical skill set across the team
