Requirements
- Experience developing software using C++
- Experience developing software using C++ Environments
- Experience with C++ Unit Test Frameworks
- Software development lifecycle experience using an Agile methodology
- Experience with Atlassian, Test Automation, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, VS Code, Jira, Jenkins, and Junit
- Familiarity with DOORS, and MS Office
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for a cutting-edge Navy Destroyer Platform
- Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment
- Functional analysis of real world and test data
- Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighter
- Be part of a successful team creating high-performance applications and be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Developing complex systems in C++
- System design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainment
Other
- Active and transferrable final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- At least 2 years of relevant software engineering experience
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, with technical, customer and leadership audiences
