Trimble is looking to leverage full-stack expertise to integrate AI capabilities into their enterprise solutions, empowering leading construction companies to rapidly prototype, refine, validate, and scale highly desirable AI agent behaviors and interactive delivery models.

Requirements

  • Full Stack Development Expertise: Extensive experience in full stack development, including C/.NET for back-end services and JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for front-end development
  • Scalable Systems Architecture: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles applied to building scalable, robust, and secure enterprise applications
  • API Design & Integration: Proficient in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and other web services to support complex application functionalities
  • Database Management: Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including database design, querying, and optimization
  • DevOps & Cloud Deployment: Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of full-stack applications
  • AI Knowledge & Application: Solid understanding of generative AI models (e.g., GPT, VAE, GANs) and deep learning techniques
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI Expertise, including Azure Open AI, OpenAI Studio, GPT-3/4

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications
  • Ensure seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems
  • Incorporate agentic AI and conversational platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Bridge the gap between advanced AI models and practical, user-friendly applications
  • Drive innovative business models through intelligent agents that can autonomously interact with, analyze, and optimize customer engagement and business operations
  • Evaluate and fine-tune agentic LLM behaviors and conversational flows
  • Integrate Copilot Studio agents with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources via Power Automate and custom connectors

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to work in Lake Oswego, OR or Westminster, CO (Preferred)
  • Travel may be required
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
