Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and scaling high-performance services.
- While our stack includes Golang, experience in Java, C++, or similar languages, coupled with a willingness to master Go, is required.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting and contributing to systems that solve complex business challenges, with a particular focus on scalability, distributed systems, and handling vast data volumes.
- Capability of participating in system design discussions, explaining trade-offs to both engineers and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences, fostering collaboration and driving consensus among team members and stakeholders.
- A strong emphasis on user experience, demonstrated through API design, service functionality, and performance optimization.
- A solid grasp of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and a broad understanding of various technology stacks and frameworks.
