Crossing Hurdles is looking for Software Engineers with Rust expertise and code review experience to analyze GitHub issues, pull requests, and test cases to audit them for quality, supporting the evaluation of AI systems designed to reason about and fix code.
Requirements
- proficiency in Rust
- contributed to or maintained open-source projects involving real-world bug fixes
- experience with large-scale codebases
- collaborative Git/GitHub workflows
- expertise in code review practices
- familiar with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and integration testing
- Can read, interpret, and triage real-world issue reports and pull requests
