NICE CXone is looking for a Software Engineer to support their Cloud Contact Center platforms. The engineer will be involved in all aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center, including design, development, testing, and bug resolution.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience with CXone experience (IVR)
- At least one or more NICE CXone implementation
- Skilled in API integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.)
- IVR and ACD development experience
- 2 or more years of CXone Studio scripting, Experience with IVR scripting (C-Sharp, Java)
- Additional cloud telephony experience, for example, Genesys Cloud, Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, or 8X8 telephony platform experience is a plus
- Certifications such as NICE Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) and the ACD Administrator Certification are preferred

- Applicants can expect to make between $90,000 to $120,000 upon hire.
