CiscoIT on the Device Experience Automation team needs to analyze, design and support the implementation of end-to-end solutions that enables the best-in-class workforce experiences by contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of the Device Automation platform within their organization.
Requirements
- Object Oriented Programming experience with languages such as Python, JavaScript etc.
- Experience with REST APIs or other relevant web technologies such as JSON, HTML etc.
- Understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle Management
- Proficient in data modeling, data architecture, as well as data structures
- Certifications in ServiceNow Application Development, System Administration, or Implementation Specialist are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to working with Artificial Intelligence models.
Responsibilities
- Development and roll-out of modules and applications such as ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop software solutions and ServiceNow applications based on business needs.
- Create and manage scripts and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and features.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 5+ years of professional experience or master’s degree in computer science with 3+ years of professional experience or equivalent experience
