Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is looking to optimize business processes and customer experiences by implementing and modernizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
Requirements
Five or more (5+) years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, Sales)
Deep understanding of D365 architecture, customization, and extension patterns
Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
Experience with data integration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Scribe) and RESTful APIs
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with Dataverse
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively on Agile-based design and solution development across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Power Platform)
Drive platform modernization by identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and optimization
Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex needs into technical solutions
Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors
Utilize common API frameworks, Logic Apps, AI models, and other Azure capabilities to connect functionality and align with stakeholder requirements
Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues with a focus on root cause and long-term stability

The ideal candidate will live within driving distance of the Omaha, Nebraska office.
If living in one of our approved states – this person will travel to the Omaha office for one week each quarter.
