Requirements
- Proficient in software engineering with expertise in the following languages: Go, TS Fullstack, and Python.
- Experience developing distributed systems, backend services, or developer platforms using cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with experimentation, feature flagging, or A/B testing systems (a plus).
- Understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core services that power experimentation at scale.
- Develop integrations with feature flagging, segmentation, and data systems.
- Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of the experimentation platform.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to technical direction, best practices, and documentation for the platform.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and incident response to ensure platform excellence.
