Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is looking to solve the problem of designing and developing advanced air vehicles, including the F-35 Pilot Systems Software (PSSW), Multi-Function Display (MFD), and Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) Teams, by hiring a software engineer to lead in the design, development, test and integration of real-time, embedded display software for TR3 and TR2 hardware.

Responsibilities
- Design, development, test and integration of real-time, embedded display software for TR3 and TR2 hardware
- Lead in the design, development, test and integration of real-time, embedded display software
- Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities
- Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment
- Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle
- Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls
- Ensures software standards are met

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an Interim Secret clearance to start
- Bachelors degree or above required within Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related major; Master's degree preferred
- Ability to work onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
- 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week schedule
