Requirements
- Strong expertise in RTL-level optimization for power, performance, and area (PPA).
- Solid understanding of digital design principles and ASIC design flows.
- Proven experience developing and delivering commercial RTL synthesis or related EDA tools.
- Experience with high-level synthesis (HLS) integration and high-abstraction RTL transformations.
- Background in building scalable and modular software architectures.
- Knowledge of advanced low-power design techniques and multi-objective synthesis strategies.
- Familiarity with competitive EDA tools and industry trends in RTL synthesis.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical direction for RTL synthesis tools within the digital ASIC design flow.
- Define and evolve the architecture of RTL synthesis engines with a focus on power, performance, and area (PPA) optimization.
- Drive innovation in RTL-level optimization techniques, including high-level synthesis-aware transformations and low-power synthesis strategies.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and technical differentiation.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with long-term development goals.
- Collaborate with product management to translate customer needs into innovative architectural solutions and differentiated product features.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap.

- MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 10+ years of industry experience in RTL synthesis for digital ASIC designs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- U.S. Person status or ability to obtain necessary export license.
