The partner company is looking to develop and evaluate next-generation AI-assisted coding systems by leveraging frontend expertise to build, review, and refine real-world web application features. They need to validate AI-generated outputs, ensure high-quality implementations, and provide actionable UI/UX feedback to improve the evolution and reliability of future development agents.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern framework such as React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.
- Solid CSS understanding and experience with component libraries or design systems.
- Ability to interpret design specifications and translate them into clean, functional interfaces.
- Familiarity with Git, tooling, and common frontend workflows.
- Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, or automated code suggestions.
- Experience with Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI, Chakra, Radix, or similar UI frameworks.
- Prior experience in AI training, LLM evaluation, or annotation-related environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern user interfaces using your strongest frontend framework.
- Review, test, and refine code generated by AI coding assistants to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Build clean, reusable, and maintainable components aligned with project standards.
- Apply solid CSS fundamentals and work with styling systems such as Tailwind, Bootstrap, or custom frameworks.
- Provide structured feedback on layout, accessibility, and overall UI/UX clarity.
- Follow detailed project guidelines to maintain evaluation consistency and integrity.
- Communicate effectively with project coordinators and deliver tasks based on milestone requirements.
Other
- 2–6 years of professional experience in frontend or fullstack development.
- Excellent written communication in English (B2+).
- A portfolio showcasing applications, prototypes, GitHub repositories, or live demos.
- Exposure to software testing, QA processes, or documentation writing.
