Requirements
- 2+ years of experience driving business impact as a frontend developer, preferably with consumer-facing experience
- Experience and passion for setting patterns and practices around Server Rendered Code (App Router, RSC)
- Experience and passion for setting patterns and practices around SEO
- Experience and passion for setting patterns and practices around Page Speed Performance
- Experience and passion for setting patterns and practices around Tag Management (such as GTM)
- Experience and passion for setting patterns and practices around Tooling / Builds / Bundling to ensure optimal performance and DevX
- Experience with Java, GraphQL, MongoDB, CRMs (we use HubSpot)
Responsibilities
- Establish patterns and level up the organization of mostly full-stack engineers on modern consumer-facing front end development best practices
- Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to build Leland’s platform that connects people with coaching, content, community to help them accomplish their goals
- Build and maintain foundational pieces of Leland’s infrastructure
- Propose innovative ideas and shape a product that will surprise and delight customers and drive business results
- Write high-quality, performant code
- Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing and rigorous code reviews
- Contribute to our team culture by fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment
