Equifax is seeking a front-end software engineer to work on a variety of meaningful projects, leveraging leading-edge technology to design, develop, and maintain front-end architecture for their next-generation enterprise application.
Requirements
- Expertise in Angular, with a strong background in UI development using HTML, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions and microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code concepts, and tools like Helm Charts and Terraform.
- Source code control management systems (e.g. SVN/Git, Github) and build tools like Maven & Gradle.
- Relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL)
- Automated Testing: JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, SoapUI
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the front-end architecture using Angular* and TypeScript, ensuring scalability, modularity, and adherence to modern best practices
- Leverage advanced Angular* features, components, and state management techniques to deliver exceptional user experiences for our next-generation enterprise application.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Apply modern software development practices (serverless computing, microservices architecture, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, etc.)
- Work across teams to integrate our systems with existing internal systems, Data Fabric, CSA Toolset.
- Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to turn business requirements and vision into reality.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on network, or service operations and quality.

- This role requires being in the office 3 days/week on Tues - Thurs.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of front-end software engineering experience.
- Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision.
