Nextdoor is looking to hire a Senior Frontend Engineer to contribute to the architecture, usability, and reliability of their engineering ecosystem, ultimately bringing their mission of being the neighborhood hub for trusted connections and the exchange of helpful information, goods, and services to life.
Requirements
- Expertise in modern React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux / Recoil, Jest, and CSS
- Experience with CI/CD systems and testing frameworks is a plus
- Experience within the AWS ecosystem is preferred
- Ability to design and implement heavily used services and systems
- Expertise in at least one server-side web application language is a plus. Python/Django, Java, Kotlin, mobile development, and/or SQL experience is a plus
- Knowledge about GraphQL (Apollo / Relay), accessibility, internationalization, running online A/B experiments is a plus
