Clipboard Health is looking to solve the problem of connecting workplaces and professionals in the healthcare industry, specifically in the Long Term Care vertical, and expanding into other verticals such as Dental Offices and Schools.
Requirements
- Comfortable with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Familiar with AWS (ECS, Terraform) deployment processes or eager to learn.
- Experience with trunk-based development, short-lived feature branches, and automated regression testing.
- Knowledge of scalable, performant code and ability to write it.
- Experience with agile processes and active participation in standups.
- Familiarity with customer-centric approach and ability to keep the user's experience in mind.
- Experience with on-call rotations and ability to handle them.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features primarily using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from problem definition and design through development, testing, demoing, and supporting production code.
- Deploy your own code using trunk-based development, short-lived feature branches, and automated regression testing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Customers to understand real-world problems in healthcare and ensure features directly solve user needs.
- Participate in a remote-first culture, communicating effectively in a globally distributed team.
- Contribute to a customer-centric approach, keeping the user's experience in mind and taking part in on-call rotations.
- Proactively spot improvements in the codebase and make them happen.
