Requirements
- Proven experience working with Ruby and Ruby on Rails frameworks
- Strong understanding of web development best practices and software engineering principles
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js and GraphQL is a plus
- Familiarity with database management using MySQL
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Prior experience contributing to scalable, high-performance applications
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/deployment processes
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance features that improve physician engagement with medical content, ensuring relevance and timeliness
- Drive technical improvements across the technology stack, including Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, GraphQL, MySQL, and AWS
- Translate product requirements into practical, user-focused solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Continuously iterate on existing features, leveraging analytics and user feedback to optimize usability and reliability
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team
- Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues to maintain a robust and reliable platform
- Support the product and commercial teams in making informed decisions to enhance product offerings
